Instructions to check your application status online
The Office of Graduate Admissions will notify you by mail of your application number. Please allow four to six weeks to receive the notification after you have mailed the application or signature form and application fee.
Follow the link at the bottom of the page to access the application status login page. Your application number is given to you on the upper right hand corner of the application receipt e-mailed to you shortly after you apply.
The password for first time users is comprised as follows:
The first character is 'G' for graduate application.
The next part of the password is the Intended entry year of the
original application.
If you are applying for Fall of 2005, the next part is 2-0-0-5.
The next portion of the password is your intended entry term.
('F' for Fall, 'S' for Spring and 'U' for Summer)
The final part is the first 2 letters of your last name.
Example:
If your last name is 'Jones' and you are applying for the fall
term of 2005,
your password would be G2005FJO.
