Articulation Agreements

The University of Tennessee has special transfer articulation agreements with some Tennessee community colleges, leading to admission with junior standing in particular majors at UT. These transfer programs lead to the awarding of the associate degree by the specified community college and the baccalaureate degree by UT, provided that the student successfully completes all the courses required in a particular program and meets the grade point average requirements for that agreement. All other academic regulations of the degree-granting institutions must also be satisfied.

Details on specific programs and requirements are available from the Office of Undergraduate Admissions or from the specified community college.
