My hometown is...
Nashville, TN
How long have I been at UT?
I just finished four years of Undergrad here and now I am starting as an Admissions Counselor.
My favorite thing about being an Admissions Counselor at Tennessee...
My job is pretty fun because I get to travel, meet new people, and talk about my favorite experiences at UT.
My favorite UT campus tradition...
I love playing intramurals! Every fall lots of the students come out to play flag football and it is always so much fun to play and watch!
My favorite UT website...
Ready for the World—it has lots of links to interesting activities and programs happening on campus and abroad in which you can get involved.
Knoxville “Must Do and/or See” Locations
One of my favorite things to do in Knoxville is go to Cherokee Park. It is only a few miles from campus and has a great view of the Tennessee River. There are always tons of students jogging, playing frisbee, walking their dogs, or just taking a nap.
What I do in my "free" time...
Whenever I have free time, I take advantage of it. I love to travel around and experience new places and different cultures. I also love being outside, so I usually spend several weekends hiking in the Smoky Mountains…which are only about 45 minutes away from campus!
What makes UT such a great place?
It is not just the beautiful mountains or the fall football games that I fell in love with, but the people. The University of Tennessee has so many unique and interesting people which makes it easy to get involved and make lifelong friends.
