My hometown is...
Salem, Ohio

How long have I been at UT?
1.2 years (14 months)

My favorite thing about being a UT Admissions Counselor...
Educating students and families about the wonderful opportunities they can take advantage of when becoming a VOL!

My favorite UT campus tradition...
There are too many campus traditions to choose from!  However, one special tradition for me is going to all of the Lady Vol basketball games.

My favorite UT website...
Circle Park Online because it is the student hub.  You can do everything from browse a listing of course offerings, to register, to view your bill and payment options.  It makes everything so easy and convenient.

Knoxville “Must Do and/or See” Locations
A must see is the River Walk, especially when the VOL Navy is docked the morning of a home football game.  Also, Old City, because there is so much history and the restaurants are fabulous.  My “Must Do’s” are “Boomsday;” Knoxville has the coolest fireworks show in the south, and “Sundown in the City” for springtime concerts.

What I do in my "free" time...
In my time away from undergraduate admissions, I take graduate classes at UTK.  I also like to play volleyball, and work on home improvement projects.  In the summer, I venture north to Norris Lake and go boating & camping, and I love to watch movies and hang out with friends and family all year round.

What makes UT such a great place?
Hands down UT is the best because of the “Southern Warmth.”  Not just the climate, but the people are warm and friendly too.  There is so much to do and get involved in.  Knoxville is a clean city nestled in beautiful East Tennessee.
