Student Application Status

Would you like to be able to check the application status of your high school students? The Office of Undergraduate Admissions will supply twice monthly lists of students who have applied to UT to Tennessee high schools requesting this service. These lists allow you to check the application status of students from your high school who have applied to UT for the Fall semester.

Shortly after you sign up, you will begin to receive reports on the 1st and 15th of each month. You will continue receiving these reports through February.

Reports are formatted as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and will contain the student's SSN, name, address, phone, and identifiers for missing and completed components of the application package (i.e. application fee, high school transcript, test scores).

Each Tennessee high school that decides to participate in this reporting option must do the following:

  • Choose a single point of contact to receive your school's information.
  • Have an available valid e-mail address for that contact.
  • Have Microsoft Excel installed on a computer with access to the e-mail account.
