Get ahead and start college early!
As a high school student, you have the option to attend UT as a part-time visiting student or a dual enrollment student. However, you will need the permission of your parents, principal, school counselor, and the director of admissions. In addition, you must have a minimum high school grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 to be eligible for either program. While all applications are evaluated, UT cannot guarantee admission. Offers of admission will be made based on space availability.
UT provides opportunities for dual enrollment students to take coursework that will enhance their secondary school experience. Please be aware that some courses may require prerequisite(s) and proof of completion to enroll. These requirements may include standardized testing, placement exams or completed college coursework.
